The Arts Olympiad

In Summer 2024, I worked in Washington, D.C. with the International Child Art Foundation’s Arts Olympiad, creating social media content and press materials for their #MyFavoriteSport campaign. The campaign, run in partnership with the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee, gives young people from all backgrounds the chance to engage in both art and sport by submitting Olympic-inspired artwork for a chance to attend the World Children’s Festival.

My role was to design content that spoke directly to aspiring young artists, using Olympic excitement to highlight the visibility and prestige the campaign could offer their work.

In the words of ICAF’s founder and chairman, Dr. Ashfaq Ishaq, “The #MyFavoriteSport campaign will reassure young people that their chaotic and divided world has hope. Let's make art and sports accessible to all and help create a world where everyone can shine in their studio or off the field.”
